After creating your account, you'll be guided through a few simple steps: linking your Discord account, linking your Steam account, selecting a game server, and completing a whitelist application if needed. This helps us set up your profile and connect your gaming accounts seamlessly.

During the onboarding process, you'll be prompted to link both accounts. • For Discord: Click the Link Discord button and authorize access. • For Steam: Click the Link Steam button and sign in securely through Steam's official login page. You can also manage or update these linked accounts at any time from your profile page.

First, make sure you're using the exact same login method you originally signed up with (Email, Discord, or Steam). If you used email, try using the password reset tool. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. You can also reach out to our support team through the website's built-in ticket system.

A whitelist application is a formal request to gain access to a specific game server. Each server may feature its own customized application form with specific questions to fill out. Once submitted, that specific server's administration team will review your application and decide whether to approve or deny your entry.

If your whitelist access was removed, it may be due to a rule violation, server disciplinary action, or extended inactivity. You can submit a support ticket through the website explaining your situation. The admin team will review your case history and respond accordingly.

If you have been banned from a server, you can submit a formal ban appeal through the support ticket system on the website. Select 'Ban Appeal' as your ticket type, provide your exact in-game details, and explain your side of the story honestly. The administration team will review your appeal history and get back to you.

Ban appeal review times vary depending on the current volume of requests and the overall complexity of the case. Typically, appeals are thoroughly reviewed within a few days. You will receive an automated notification once a decision has been made. Please remain patient and avoid submitting duplicate appeals, as doing so slows down the process.
